STANDARD SIZE CHART

A: Sleeve

Stand with your arm relaxed. Bend your elbow a little. Start measuring at the shoulder and go down to your wrist.

B: Chest

Put the tape under your arms and around your chest, just below the breast. Keep it close to the body but not too tight.

C: Waist

Find your natural waistline, about 6 cm below your belly button. Wrap the tape around this spot for your waist measurement.

D: Hip

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape isn’t too tight.

E: Inseam

Stand straight and measure from your crotch to your ankle bone. Keep the tape tight.

F: Height

Stand against a wall. Place a ruler flat on your head. Mark where it touches the wall. Now measure from the floor to that mark for your height.

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape isn’t too tight.

F: Inseam
