It generally takes about 4 – 6 weeks to complete a customized or tailor fitted order, all this is done after getting approval of final sketch and measurements and materials has been confirmed.

Yes, you can pay for your order by bank transfer, the customer must specify the Swift and IBAN codes given in the confirmation of the order, as well as the order number.

Shipping cost is calculated on the bases of package weight or Dimensions and shipping destination.

Once the payment is received, depending on the availability of the product:

The Delivery time For Standard Order is 15 to 20 Working Days.
For Custom Made Order Delivery Time is 20 to 30 Working Days.

Normally it takes 3-7 working days to deliver the shipments depending upon the destination address.

Please Note:

Delivery times can be delayed by events beyond the control of Ransaa such as bad weather, strikes, or any other unforeseen events.

As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will be sent an e-mail, which shows the courier’s name and the tracking number.

We accept RETURN within (SEVEN DAYS) 7 days from receipt of the item. Once the return request is initiated our customer services department will contact you to successfully complete the return process.

You can use any carrier that is offering tracking services to return your order so that you can check your return has reached our warehouse. You have to provide the tracking number to us.

Ransaa shall not be responsible for any damages to or theft/loss of the goods returned with uninsured shipments and return request shall be canceled in such case.

After receiving the goods back and getting done the necessary inspection the amount will be sent back you within 14 working days by the same method by which the order was placed, e.g. PayPal, Bank Wire, CC Now etc.
